About

The University of Leeds was established in 1904 and is one of the largest higher education institutions in the UK. Leeds Uni is renowned globally for the quality of teaching and research.  Leeds Uni Boat club has 230 members, has a strong committee and a full racing schedule during the year.

What kind of Club is Leeds?

University of Leeds aims to be a club that is as inclusive as possible, whilst offering opportunities to compete at all levels. ⁠

Membership

Talented athletes are supported on the #scholarship programme supporting students through the trials process. ⁠

All members have opportunity to access performance services including Physiotherapy, Massage and Strength & Conditioning. ⁠

Club memberships currently range between £50-85 a year and w there is a 'seat fee' cap to keep competing affordable to all. ⁠

This inclusive programme offers support for para-rowing, gender inclusion and many of our members coach in the local community on programmes focused on diversifying rowing.⁠
