National Schools’ Regatta is delighted to welcome Hydrow UK as our Gold Sponsor for the 2022 regatta.

Hydrow will be based on the finish line with an activation area for all our spectators to enjoy an opportunity to experience a new way of enjoying rowing.

Hydrow has re-invented rowing through cutting edge technology, inherent expertise and a love of water. This sleek and virtually silent state-of-the-art rower transforms the way you work out from the comfort of home, with electromagnetic drag technology that mimics the feeling of being on the water.

With a library of +4000 live and on-demand workouts, members can explore Lake Lucerne in Switzerland, float down Boston’s Charles River and even row past London Bridge on the Thames.

Hydrow works 86% of major muscle groups, compared to less than 44% when running or cycling. Workouts are led by world-class Hydrow Athletes and also include pilates, yoga, strength training and conditioning. Come and meet the Hydrow team and trial the rower this weekend, plus you can also book a free in-store trial or virtual demo trial at Hydrow.co.uk
