Owing to their UK base, Janousek and Stampfli will have a team of boatbuilders on site to support NSR in carrying out repairs to keep racing boats on the water.

Concept2 Oar Service
Concept2 provides free oar and scull repair and maintenance at select regattas throughout the year, offering valuable on-site support for athletes and crews using Concept 2 products. This Regatta Service is part of their ongoing commitment to customers, long after the initial purchase.
At each event, Concept2's expert team is available to assess and repair race-day equipment, including oars damaged in transit or through use. Repairs are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to oars needed for racing. Additional repairs may be considered once all racing sets are addressed.
While Concept2 arrives fully equipped, some requests - such as blade upgrades or non-essential modifications - may not be possible. Safety inspections are also available to ensure all equipment meets race-ready standards.
Concept2’s presence at regattas helps ensure crews can get to the starting line with confidence, reinforcing their dedication to the rowing community.
